Thom is an osteopath who is experienced in helping runners train consistently, manage load, and arrive at race day healthy.
Based in Newcastle, Thom works with runners preparing for everything from 5km events through to full marathons - of any experience level. His approach combines structured running programming, strength and conditioning, and hands-on osteopathic treatment to reduce injury risk and improve performance.
